We plan a four-week menu that changes with the seasons this is crucial for promoting nutritional balance and healthy eating habits among children. Each week can focus on incorporating a variety of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins to ensure children receive the essential nutrients they need for growth and development. Seasonal produce not only enhances the flavour of meals but also provides opportunities to teach children about the importance of eating a rainbow of foods. By designing menus that feature a diverse range of dishes, our practitioners can create engaging meal experiences that encourage children to explore new tastes and textures, while instilling healthy eating practices that will last a lifetime.

We prioritise a nutritious start to the day by offering a delightful selection of cereals for breakfast. Children are encouraged to choose from a variety of options, ensuring there’s something to tantalise every taste bud.  Breakfast  is served for an hour, allowing little ones ample time to make their selections.and giving time for late arrivals. Alongside the cereals, we also provide freshly toasted bread, perfect for spreading with their favourite toppings. This combination not only fuels their energy for the busy day ahead but also promotes healthy decision-making from an early age.

Our menu's are develped so that some days we have a starter with our main meal and other days we have a pudding, this gives our childre the variety to taste all the different delights on offer.
